A West Coast IPA through and through, this beer presents with a nose of tropical fruits, citrus and dank pine coming out of the glass. The flavor follows suit with healthy doses of stone fruit, grapefruit and pine. The finish is clean and dry with a pleasant, lingering bitterness.

A New England Pale Ale brewed with Mango and Lactose. Dry hopped with Mandarina Bavaria, Ahtanum and Comet, it is loaded with orange, citrus and mango notes, a smooth finish with plenty of body.

We designed this Cream Ale around being light and refreshing like an adjunct lager but we didn’t forget to add flavor in there as well. Brewed with flaked rice and flaked corn, it is light, effervescent, balanced and has a slight corn sweetness to support the breadiness of the malts, a finish that lets you know we added hops but won’t linger.

A malt forward Amber with a strong roast profile. It is medium bodied with a nutty, toasty malt backbone highlighting the characteristic flavors of Thomas Fawcett and Sons Amber malt and Maris Otter. A cascade and centennial whirl pool addition adds a light citrus touch and a light chocolate note is present on the finish.
Coffee Cream Stout
5% ABV, 31 IBU
A low ABV Milk Stout that uses lactose for a milk sweetness that serves to enhance the luscious body and creamy, rich notes of bitter chocolate, espresso, dark roast malts and Black Iron Coffee.
